What’s Covered
Our warranty ensures that your roof is protected against:
- Leaks caused by workmanship defects
- Improper installation or flashing issues
- Material misapplication or alignment errors
If any covered issue occurs within 5 years of installation, our team will inspect and repair it promptly.
What’s Not Covered
While we stand behind our work, certain conditions are beyond any contractor’s control. The following are not covered under our workmanship warranty:
- Storm, hail, hurricane, or wind damage
- Fire, falling trees, or other natural disasters
- Modifications made by third parties after installation
- Lack of maintenance or debris buildup
